Tips when travelling through KOA

At Kona International Airport (KOA), on the Big Island in Hawai, the boarding area is entirely open-air so keep your hat and sunscreen handy

For only $2.35 each way (as of July 2012), passengers can ride comfortably aboard 40-foot buses equipped with luggage racks, comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi connectivity. You can board the Airport Flyer at Central Terminal E lower level Bus Station at MIA.
Miami International Airport is one main terminal building with eight concourses (A - H) extending from it. Lots of walking!
The walk from the gates to the rental car train is VERY long. Just know before you go so you won't be annoyed or delayed.
Dunkin Donuts are located all over the airport
Sushi Maki at Gate D29 is an excellent place to dine if you have some time between connections
