Budget-friendly Mountain Retreat

Inexpensive Luxury Lodge

Sightseeing, sports, shopping, or a relaxing getaway, Banff has something for everyone. The Banff Inn is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area. The town, the lodge, and many attractions sit within the property limits of the Banff National Park. Guests can save money with the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. Guests can relax in the steam room, large Jacuzzi, and sauna after a long day of being on the slopes.

Heated underground parking with access via the elevator makes certain your car is always warm and snow-free. Dine at Carlito’s Pizzeria, Banff Inn’s restaurant, from 5:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. daily or have room service delivered. The bar and lounge area is a great gathering place for a drink with friends.

All of the Comforts of Home

Let the Banff Inn take care of your ski storage to keep your room clutter free and clean. Various room sizes are available to accommodate all guests’ needs. In addition to the complimentary breakfast, guests enjoy flat-screen televisions with cable channels, mini refrigerators, coffee and tea makers, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Choose from standard, king, loft, and honeymoon suites.

Stay in the Heart of a National Park

Banff National Park offers plenty of hiking and cycling trails and scenic routes on and off-road. Banff Avenue is as if its own little shopping village set in the valley of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Winter sports include skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and even ice walking. When the weather warms up, the nearby lakes and rivers are perfect for fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, and rafting. Mountain biking, hiking, and nature walks are also popular.

Rent a bicycle or scooter for an adventurous way to see the sights. Helicopter tours offer an alternate view of the area. Gondola rides are a slightly more relaxed way to get some great pictures from the tops of the mountains.

The Bottom Line

Banff Inn is an economical place to stay without compromising on comforts. Keep in mind that some hotels in this area do not have air conditioning, even though the summers can get hot. Guests can save money on breakfast and Wi-Fi access, as well. You will never have to worry about coming outside to a snow or ice-covered car when you stay at Banff Inn because they keep your car in heated covered parking.
