Zagat
This “small” boutique hotel “in the heart of the Magnificent Mile” near Water Tower Place and the John Hancock Observatory is “cheaper than the Westin” around the corner.
Fodor's
Location is a big draw for visitors to this hotel near the many stores on the Magnificent Mile; inside, you'll find spacious and comfortable rooms in various neutral shades.
Ask for a room facing west for a close-up look at the John Hancock Building.
Time Out
A $20-million dollar renovation of this landmark building has improved things enormously. The opulent lobby has Mediterranean touches, and there’s a hydroponic garden on the green roof.
