More About Hotels near Dubai Museum...

What’s Dubai Museum?

Dubai Museum, built in 1787, was the home of the Monarch at Al Fahidi Fort.  In fact, after being a home it was a fort, weapons depot, and a prison. Its official opening as a museum was in 1971. As you walk through the museum today you’ll go back in time. With the use of audio and video you’ll see original samples of drawings and diagrams. Different wings throughout the fort enable you to gain knowledge about pearl diving, ship building, pottery, weapons, and tombs. Be sure to see the 1950’s Market Wing too.

Which Hotels Have the Best View of Dubai Museum?

The very affordable Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa has views of the shipbuilding area. One of the cheapest hotels just ten minutes from the museum is the Astoria Hotel.
