Many attractions, including Hanover Fine Arts Gallery, are within a 10-minute walk while the Edinburg Playhouse Theater and the National Gallery of Scotland are about 15 minutes away.

The Royal Scots Club Edinburgh is by no means a budget hotel. However, you will be surprised by the affordable rates. Rooms range in price from $104 to $240. Prices vary based on the type of room you book, and when you stay--through the week rates drop, while they rise on the weekends. Rooms with views and added amenities cost more, but you can save money by booking two nights in a row.

If you are seeking a charming, cozy place to call home for a few days, and want to see the main sites in Edinburg, you can't go wrong. The rates are not too high and you do get a lot for your money.
