Experience True Mountain Relaxation in the Smoky Mountains

Excellent Location

The Park Vista – a Doubletree by Hilton Gatlinburg is nestled on a hill on Cherokee Orchard Road just off Airport Road-Historic Nature Trail. Providing amazing views of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the hotel is located along the Gatlinburg Trolley route. Just outside the hotel, you can drive through the scenic Roaring Fork motor trail or take the trolley to visit many of Gatlinburg’s attractions nearby.

American-Style Cuisine and Recreational Activities

The Park Vista offers a multi-tiered pool that includes a spa tub, waterfall, children's wading area, arcade games, and a children's playground. There are several off-site activities nearby, including golfing, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and more. Two of the most popular nearby attractions are Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and Smoky Mountain Rafting.

For a casual dining experience with American-style cuisine, head to either Vista Grill or Firefly’s, which offer something for everyone on their menus in an elegant dining room atmosphere. The Patio Lounge at Firefly's features an extensive cocktail menu and panoramic views overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains.

Affordable Rooms With a Great View

All guest rooms and suites at The Park Vista include a private balcony that overlooks the amazing peaks of the Great Smoky Mountains, unlike other nearby resorts like the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort or Riverstone Resort and Spa. If you request a higher floor, you can enjoy a city view as well. Requesting a higher-floor room with the best view will make your stay more enjoyable and you will get the most out of what you pay for.

Suites feature excellent views, a Sweet Dreams Bedding Package with plush-top king-size bed, a shower and tub combination, and a small refrigerator to help you save a little money on late-night snacks.

Hipmunk Staff Review

This elegant hotel, set in a relaxing environment, features guest room and suite accommodations that are designed to give you some of the best views of the Great Smoky Mountains. It also provides several amenities that allow you to enjoy your stay without leaving the hotel grounds. However, it is important to keep in mind that some guest rooms need some updating. The nearby Riverstone Resort and Spa may be a little more modern, but is also more expensive and does not offer the same spectacular mountain views or easy accessibility by trolley to the city of Gatlinburg.
