Picture Perfect: Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

Explore the Waikiki Area

Popular attractions include the Arizona Memorial Center, Battleship Missouri Memorial, Pacific Aviation Museum, and the Iolani Palace. Constructed in 1882, the Iolani Palace was the grand residence of Queen Liliuokalani and King David Kalākaua. Visit the Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, where you can swim with schools of fish in crystal-clear waters along the colorful coral reef. This gorgeous preserve is perched in the crater of an extinct volcano. Other fine attractions include Sea Life Park, the Waikiki Aquarium, and the Honolulu Zoo.

Many Options for Cooling off at This Waikiki Resort

The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is pool paradise with five sparkling pools. Paradise Pool is 5,000 square feet with long waterslide overlooking the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Relax at the Super Pool, which is 10,000 square feet nestled right next to the ocean. The Keiki Pool is a tiered pool with a shallow swimming area for young kids.

Guests at the Ali’i Tower are also privy to the private sanctuary of the Ali’i Pool with a whirlpool and sundeck. Amaze yourself with the beauty of the infinity Kalia Tower Pool. It showcases a beautiful mosaic-tile maile lei with pikake flowers. Savor a refreshing cocktail at the Tapa Pool.

Enjoy the Waikiki Starlight luau activities right at the resort. There’s live music, dramatic dances with acrobatic fire performers and Hula kahiko dancers, exotic foods locally sourced, and a unique outdoor setting under the starlit skies. Attend a torch lighting ceremony where Polynesian warriors march in the darkness at sunset.

Many Affordable Room Options at the Hilton Hawaii Village

Rooms at this Hawaiian resort can be booked in the Ali’i Tower, Rainbow Tower, or Village Tower. At the Ali’i Tower, guests can book single room suites, deluxe suites, or presidential suites. The single room suites offer magnificent vistas of Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, and the Pacific Ocean.

The deluxe suite is a large parlor suite and can be connected to one or two bedrooms with views of Waikiki Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The presidential suite is a bit larger and equals the size of three standard rooms that can also be connected to bedrooms with beach views. Rooms at the Rainbow Tower offer vistas of the Pacific Ocean and Honolulu coastline. There are even two lanais in the king rooms. Guests at the Village Tower are privy to both city and ocean views with private balconies.

In addition to plush furnishings, all rooms at this Hawaiian resort feature designer bathrobes, Hilton Serenity bedding, Internet access, refrigerators, 37-inch flat screen TVs with premium cable channels and PlayStation 3, hair dryers, and large bathrooms. Designed for comfort and affordability, it’s upscale without breaking the bank.

The Bottom Line

While the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort also offers rooms with great ocean views, it doesn’t offer the abundance of outdoor pools and Hawaiian shows right on its premises as the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Resort Beach. All around, the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Resort Beach offers an idyllic Hawaiian experience.
