Dine Before You Fly

The Kona International Airport has a single on-site restaurant and bar with branches in each terminal. Laniakea by Centerplate is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the south terminal, and from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the north terminal. However, with limited food options and high prices, travelers may want to fill up elsewhere before flying.

For resort dining, the Four Seasons is the best option. This hotel features three on-site restaurants. The Beach Tree serves lunch and dinner, offering Mediterranean cuisine with a tropical flair. The ULU Ocean Grill serves breakfast and dinner, while the Hualalai Grille focuses on dinner.
