Fort Zachary Taylor State Park is the state’s southernmost park. It has a long military history and is a popular recreational spot. Within the 54-acre park, you’ll find picnic areas; swimming, snorkeling, or fishing opportunities; and nature trails for hiking or biking. Visitors can see exhibits and markers that highlight the Park’s significant role in Florida’s early history.
