Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel: A Hotel with Plenty of Variety

What Does a Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel Room Include?

Complete with wrought-iron accents, 42-inch TV's, and Wi-Fi Internet access, every room features hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards. Tile bathrooms have marble vanities, and smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Rooms with refrigerators and microwaves are available as well, but be aware these are only available for an extra fee. The hotel was renovated in January 2014, so plenty of features are still very new. Look for the Texas theme in many aspects of the hotel.

What Amenities/Features does the Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel Offer?

The hotel features bowling with 60 lanes, along with an 18-screen movie theater, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. Darts and pool tables can be found within the bowling alley, and the hotel is near the Las Vegas Golf Club. Three restaurants and four bars are also on-site, including an oyster bar, a steak and seafood restaurant, and the Feast Buffet. When you're ready to be entertained, look for the Dallas Events Center, the hotel's 2,000 seat auditorium which holds some of the area's biggest concerts.

How Much Will a Stay at Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel Cost?

Standard rooms start at $33 per night during the week, while rooms with two queen beds start at $43 per night. It's important to note that the room prices don't include the resort fee of $14.95 per room per night.

What activities are popular near Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel?

The hotel is about five miles north of the Strip, Las Vegas' biggest attraction. You're about three miles from downtown Vegas, five miles to the convention center, and less than ten miles from the Vegas airport when it's time to leave. Rent a car to get around more easily, or stick around the hotel for live music every weekend. If you have kids, they'll enjoy the arcade, ice skating rink, and 10,000 square-foot Kids Quest facility. This facility offers plenty of adult supervision and fun activities.

What about the Casino?

Complete with all the standard games and many slot machines, the hotel has a 91,000 square-foot casino with something for everyone. The casino's Boarding Pass Players Club has been voted the best club of its kind by locals for 13 years in a row, and it is where the locals go to play. Get the card and use the points you accrue at any of 19 Station casinos or properties.

What’s the Bottom Line?

While not on the Strip, this AAA Three Diamond hotel is family friendly, reasonably priced, and one of the cheapest hotels in Las Vegas. There's so much going on at the hotel that you may never want to leave!
