Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino: A Vegas Treat at a Budget Price

What Does a Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino Room Include?

Rooms at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino feature plenty of space to spread out and relax, along with 60-inch flat screen TV's to enjoy a movie or two. In addition, the rooms feature wired and wireless Internet access, along with Keurig coffee machines for a great brew in the morning. Premium rooms offer one king or two double beds, while the newly remodeled Signature rooms feature luxury bedding and 3D-capable TV's. Concierge rooms add in access to the Westgate Las Vegas Fitness Center and the Resorts Concierge Level Club lounge on the 25th and 26th floors.

What Amenities/Features are Available?

Few Las Vegas hotels have nine restaurants in a single hotel, but the Westgate does. Alternatively, head to the day spa to get a relaxing treatment. Rooms come with great views of either the Las Vegas Strip, the mountains, or a nearby golf course. A pool with cabanas is fun for the whole family, or try the swim-up bar for a drink with a view. This is Vegas, of course, and the world's largest Race & Sports Book (the Superbook) can be found here.

How Much Will a Stay at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino Cost?

Premium rooms start at $59 a night during the week, while the Signature and Concierge rooms can be booked for $79 and $114 a night, respectively. On weekends, expect Premium rooms to be around $140 a night, Signature rooms to be around $170 a night, and Concierge rooms to be around $205 a night. Note that a daily $22 resort fee is not included in the room prices.

What Activities are Popular near Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino?

Beyond the 95,000 square foot casino in the hotel you can explore Vegas. Look for "Elvis: the Exhibition" to entertain and delight audiences with Elvis' classics on the same stage he played sold-out shows on for years. Head to "Purple Reign," a tribute show dedicated to Prince, or consider the cabaret show with Suzanne Somers as a way to stir things up. Beyond the hotel, all the gambling, light shows, and fountains you've heard about are on the Strip, and the Las Vegas monorail makes it easy to see the rest of what Vegas has to offer.

What's the Bottom Line?

It may not be the newest or fanciest name on the Strip, but there are plenty of luxurious offerings available while helping you stick to a budget. Being off the Strip means getting away from the 24-hour hustle and bustle, so it's easier to sleep at night. When you're ready to see all that Vegas has to offer, this hotel provides a comfortable, memorable stay.
