Four Seasons Los Angeles: Live like a king in the City of Angels

What should I know about the Four Seasons Los Angeles?

A firm favorite with Hollywood celebrities, if you stay here you'll be brushing shoulders with the rich and famous. There are 285 spacious guest rooms and suites, all of which are decorated in warm Californian tones. The hotel comes complete with a pool and fitness center, both located outside, enabling you to soak up that California sunshine. There are also two superb restaurants on site, Cabana and Culina, that serve contemporary Californian and Italian cuisine.

What can I do nearby?

The Four Seasons is in Beverly Hills, midway between downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. Beverley Hills itself is a popular spot for upmarket dining and shopping, and it's not far to the Lost Canyons Golf Club. Children of all ages will enjoy a performance at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and other highlights of the city include the Getty Museum and the Hollywood Bowl.

What are the Rates?

Rooms start from $525 per night, and children under 18 can stay for free in their parents' room. Many of the rooms have french doors opening onto private balconies, and these offer views across either the gardens, or Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Every room comes with its own iPad so you can make use of the econcierge, and of course you'll find all the usual amenities such as HDTVs, DVD players, and well-stocked minibars. If you're staying in a suite, you also get use of a luxury car.

What's the Bottom Line?

In a city famed for its glitz and glamor, the Four Seasons Los Angeles still manages to stand out from its hotel competitors. If you want an upmarket hotel where you can relax and impress a special someone, or if you fancy doing some celebrity spotting, this is certainly the place to stay.

It's a favorite of Hollywood's elite, so don't be surprised by a well-known face poolside or in the Windows bar—come awards season, expect to spot an Oscar winner or two.

The complete renovation aimed to combine the hotel’s signature floral motifs with a new sense of California cool–natural elements and hues, added privacy for events and celebrity guests.
"Top-of-the-line everything" is the name of the game at this near-"perfect" Beverly Grove "treat" with "airy", "divine" rooms outfitted with balconies, marble bathrooms and virtual concierge iPads.
