The Art Museum of the University of Memphis, Tennessee is located in the middle of several Arts and Communications buildings on the campus. This small art museum started off as more of an exhibition host with different artists' showings coming and going. It has evolved into an art museum that also offers permanent exhibits that visitors can freely tour. Free Admission to the Art Museum of the University of Memphis

At the Art Museum of the University of Memphis, admission is free with exception to special exhibits that are held during various parts of the year. Guided tours of the Egyptian and African collections are free Mondays through Saturdays. The museum is closed Sundays.
