Popular Hotels Close to the Lambert International Airport

The St. Louis Union Station – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is a quarter of a mile from the Scottrade Center. It has a seasonal outdoor pool, several restaurants, two bars, and a grand hall. 

The Drury Inn Union Station, close to the Peabody Opera House, features an indoor pool, dry cleaning, and complimentary wireless Internet access. 

Getting to Your Hotel

GO Best Express Shuttle travels between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. It leaves the St. Louis Lambert International Airport every 15 to 30 minutes to downtown hotels and businesses.

Rental Cars (counters located in the lower level of Terminal 1 between Doors 12 and 17) include: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, National, Hertz, and Thrifty. "MetroLink," the city's light rail system is at Terminal 1 Exit Door 1 (upper level east of the American Airlines Credit Union). 

Taxis are available (Terminal 1 Exit Door 14/Terminal 2 Exit Door 12), as are Greyhound and local bus services (south of Terminal 1). 

Fine Dining and Drinks

Great dining can be had at the Grand Hall Lounge at St. Louis Union Station. Grand Market Hall is a gift shop and coffee bar, open from 6 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Lombardo’s is an excellent Italian restaurant located next to the Drury Inn Union Station and is open at 11 a.m. for lunch. The Lambert International Airport has several eateries to choose from including Brioche Doree (open from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m.), Grounded in St. Louis (6 a.m. to 8 p.m.), and Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins.
