What is the Space Needle?

Built in 1962, the Seattle Space Needle reaches 605 feet over the city. It was originally constructed for the 1962 World's Fair and has remained in tact ever since. The observation deck sits at the 502 foot mark and the revolving SkyCity Restaurant lies just below it. Tickets are affordable and complementary with a visit to SkyCity.
