Stay and Feel Like an Explorer of the Northwest

A Unique Hotel Recreating the Feel of an Explorers Club

The Arctic Club Seattle - a DoubleTree by Hilton provides a unique atmosphere that not even the nearby Hotel 1000 can create. Visitors to the Arctic Club go back in time to a period just after the Klondike gold rush. Even though the hotel has a distinct vintage feel, all of its amenities are thoroughly modern.

Dine In or Explore the City

The hotel is home to the JUNO restaurant, and has a menu that changes with the solstice. Alternatively, stop for drinks at the Polar Bar and chat with fellow travelers. After a meal or drinks, head out to enjoy Seattle and its sights.

Walk a few blocks west to the Puget Sound and explore the Olympic Sculpture Park, or take a ferry ride to a neighboring island. Safeco and Century Link Fields are also within walking distance.

Comfortable Rooms With Quality Appointments

The hotel offers various room configurations and sizes that range from a single king bed to a suite. Room decor is tasteful and welcoming, with beds covered with quality linens. In-room entertainment options include a flat-screen HDTV with DVD player, and clock radio with MP3 attachment.

Quality Service

The hotel offers quality service from top to bottom. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful. It has the feel of a boutique hotel, but with the resources of a chain of quality hotels.

Fodor's
The Arctic Club pays homage to an era of Gold Rush opulence. Fun touches like trunks for bedside tables and walrus bottle openers continue the arctic club theme.
Choose from rooms with whirlpools or deluxe showers; a few rooms have outdoor terraces.
Gayot
Formerly a men's club for veterans of the Alaska gold rush, this downtown hotel offers all of the perks of a luxury hotel as well as a colorful historic background.
Lonely Planet
By staying true to the building's history with period furnishings and original architectural details, the hotel creates an ambience straight out of the early part of the last century.
