Tucson's Jewish History Museum may be small, but it's packed with information about Jewish culture and features exhibits that range from lighthearted, like hat collections, to serious and contemplative, like their Holocaust History Center. Even the building itself is a story. It was the first synagogue in the Arizona Territory over a century ago.

Visit the Museum in the Early Afternoon

The museum is open from Wednesday to Sunday during the afternoon from 1 to 5, except on Friday, when the hours are 12 to 3. Admission is only $5, but visitors should be aware that the museum is closed for the month of July.
