One Wall Centre: Hotel and Residential Condominiums

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel

The Sheraton occupies the first 35 floors of the 48-floor One Wall Centre skyscraper in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Residential condominiums are on the remaining floors. Café One serves breakfast (à la carte or buffet), lunch, and dinner. The Bar One lounge serves light meals and appetizers from late afternoon until midnight. Services available at a surcharge include a health club, wellness spa, in-room babysitting, limousine or town car transportation, and both valet and self-parking.

Convenient Downtown Location

The hotel is conveniently located four blocks from Vancouver’s downtown business district and two blocks from Robson Street, an entertainment, shopping, and dining area popular with both residents and visitors. The Sheraton is also near Yaletown, a former warehouse and rail yard neighborhood transformed into a place featuring high-rise apartment buildings and parks. The nearby Centre for the Performing Arts and Queen Elizabeth Theatre are excellent venues for musical and theatrical performances. Stanley Park is the perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors.

Indoor Activities and On-Site Health Club

The Sheraton has a steam room, sauna, and 50-foot indoor swimming pool for guest use. There are two hot tubs in an atrium overlooking the street on the hotel’s second floor. Spend time in the 12,000-square-foot health club and Vida Wellness Spa. The health club has a circuit-training room and weight and cardio machines. Personal trainers are available to help you make the best use of your time in the club. The spa offers aromatherapy, Ayurvedic, body, facial, and hydrotherapy treatments; body wraps and body scrubs; and massages, manicures, and pedicures.

Guest Rooms Have Panoramic Views

Guest rooms at the Sheraton have floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. The panoramic views are of English Bay, the North Shore Mountains, and the city. Guests appreciate having complimentary wireless Internet access in their rooms. Other room amenities include 32-inch flat-screen cable televisions with premium channels and pay movies, alarm clocks, radios, and in-room safes. Cribs, rollaway beds, and refrigerators are available upon request.

The Bottom Line

If you want a room with a view in downtown Vancouver, the best choice is the Sheraton. The panoramic views are outstanding. Many guests are repeat visitors due to the hotel’s downtown site and proximity to the business district and shopping. The downtown Westin Bayshore, with 20 floors, is nearby. The rooms have coastline views, but they are not as spectacular as the Sheraton's.

Fodor's
This stunning pair of ultramodern glass high-rises and their landscaped courtyard take up an entire city block.
BlackBook
Light tubes at the peaks of North and South towers act like red carpet searchlights. Façade of the dark glass-encased towers are jagged, semi-circular and angular at the same time.
Time Out
Made up of two tall glass skyscrapers, the Wall Centre dominates the Vancouver cityscape.
