Saint Georges Hotel: Offering Amazing Views of London

What Do the Rooms Include?

You'll find 95 guest rooms at the Saint Georges Hotel, all of which have ensuite bathrooms. Standard rooms are complete with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and free wireless Internet access. An iron with ironing board is provided, making it easy to look your best, and bathrooms include a hair dryer. Superior rooms have additional amenities that include a refreshment tray and upgraded toiletries. Suites are also available.

What Amenities Does the Saint Georges Hotel Offer?

The Heights Restaurant is located on the 15th floor of the hotel, offering amazing views of the surrounding city along the wall of windows. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a bar and lounge that serves light dishes and a tapas menu. You can also call from your room to order food and have it delivered 24 hours a day. Other amenities include a dry cleaning/laundry service, use of a nearby fitness center (for an additional fee), and luggage storage.

What Are the Rates Like?

Prices for a standard room start at around $195, with a superior room running around $220. This is somewhat on the high end compared to other four-star hotels in London, though less expensive than some.

Can I Hold a Wedding or Other Function Here?

Because of the beautiful views found in The Heights Venue (right next to the restaurant), this is the perfect location for a wedding, reception, or other formal function. The venue can hold up to 150 guests and has high-quality audio equipment and plasma screens.

What's the Bottom Line?

The room decor is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The biggest draw is the location, within walking distance of many attractions and tourist hotspots, with a tube station just a five-minutes walk away. Also, because the rooms are higher up, they have fantastic views of the city.
