Stay where Prague's Old Town Meets the New

Unbeatable Central Location

Na Prikope is the place to go when you’re in Prague, and you can’t get closer than the fashionable Friday Hotel on the famous boulevard itself. Within 25 minutes of wheels down (via taxi or hotel shuttle) you will be checking into this chic establishment in the Stare Mestro district where Prague’s New Town meets the Old, in a pedestrian zone mere moments from all the sights you want to see like Old Town Square, Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge.

Affordable Style

It is tricky to find affordable accommodation in central Prague but Friday Hotel manages it. Most places are an easy walk away, while the Prague Congress Centre is two short stops or a five-minute taxi journey. Fill your mornings with culture and history as you take in the impressive Old Town Square with its medieval beginnings, towering spires, and pavement cafes. Shop until your credit card protests in Wenceslas Square, making your way back to your hotel via the boutiques of Na Prikope. A quick shower later and you’re ready to discover Prague’s exciting nightlife.

Comfortable Elegance

Friday Hotel provides five-star Prague accommodation at a four-star price. Rooms include a minibar, Wi-Fi, a choice of twin or double beds, and sophisticated décor in both classic and modern styles. Some Superior Rooms come with a double Jacuzzi – perfect for soaking tired muscles at the end of a long day’s sightseeing. Guests also have access to complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast room throughout the day. The only thing old-fashioned about Friday Hotel is the superb standard of service, which harkens back to a bygone era when the customer was king and personal attention to detail was the norm.

Hipmunk Staff Review

Friday Hotel is seriously stylish without feeling pretentious. English-speaking reception staff are professional and friendly, happy to give local information and help you make the most of your stay. Friday Hotel really is within walking distance of the main sights so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.  Windows are double glazed, but if you’re a light sleeper then ask for one which doesn’t overlook the street. The hotel has no restaurant, however there is a good choice in the area so it’s not a problem. You can feast on traditional Czech food at the Original Czech Restaurant on Rytirska Street, while the Albert supermarket on Na Prikope is handy for essentials.
