Expert Reviews
You'll find every amenity you could possibly need, plus lots of extras, in the extremely tasteful and modern (although sedate and a little dark) rooms.
If you can get past the Handlery's misrepresentation of itself as a European boutique hotel, you'll find it a solid choice among Union Square's cheaper offerings.
This historic 337-room building sits steps away from Union Square, the Powell Street cable car line and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
