[TITLE] Ultra-Modern São Paulo Accommodations at Hotel Unique

Park Land Location in São Paulo, Brazil

Hotel Unique is a modern luxury lodging attraction south of downtown São Paulo, Brazil. The hotel rests along the edge of Ibirapuera Park, close to cultural attractions like the Professor Aristóteles Orsini Planetarium and the Museum of Art of São Paulo. Hotel Unique is also near La Universidade Uniban, plus shopping and dining attractions. São Paulo International Airport is a short drive away.

Fine Dining and Special Packages for Hotel Guests

Hotel Unique is known throughout São Paulo for its gourmet cuisine. Skye Restaurant and Bar on the hotel rooftop has a menu ranging from modern Brazilian dishes to French, Italian, and Japanese infusions. Guests dine with park and skyline views, or they can enjoy drinks on the large patio, with musical accompaniment from an underwater sound system. Hotel Unique also has an extensive bar and library at The Wall in the lobby, including 300 titles on various topics and free 24-hour Wi-Fi Internet.

Two open-air, on-site heated pools with water slide entrances are available. The adjacent fitness center includes advanced workout equipment, one steam and one dry sauna, and personal trainers on staff throughout the day. Massage service is also available.

The flexible event space at Hotel Unique accommodates business events, weddings, and other gatherings for groups of all sizes. The hotel has several special experience packages for honeymoons, tours, and other vacation experiences.

High-Tech Room Amenities

Hotel Unique features 85 rooms and 10 suites. Guests can choose from the non-suite Standard, Deluxe, Premium, and Paulista rooms. All spaces have queen beds with plush linens, flat-screen televisions with cable, free Wi-Fi Internet, and CD and DVD players with MP3 connectivity. All bathrooms have a shower and separate jetted tubs, Bvlgari products, and Havaianas slippers. Fully accessible rooms are also available.

Suites range from the Broadway to the Rodeo, Champs-Elysees, and Oasis. All have park views, large living rooms, Nespresso coffee machines, and standard room amenities. Some suites have remote light controls and universal entertainment tablet controls. The Oasis Suite features two stories of hosting space — large enough for small events — and bedrooms.

The Bottom Line

Hotel Unique is a modern luxury establishment for travelers seeking high-tech amenities and sleek interiors. The hotel is closer to the park and more boutique than nearby hotels like the Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera. Great for events and romantic getaways, Hotel Unique is stylish without being stuffy.

Expert Reviews
Views are excellent, but the ultimate view is from the rooftop pool and lounge where you see both Ibirapuera Park and the ridgeline run of skyscrapers on Avenida Paulista.
Apartments, some with walls that echo the curve of the building's exterior, have plasma TVs with DVD players, mobile phones, king-size beds, and whirlpool baths with remote control.
Architect Oscar Niemeyer's apprentice Ruy Ohtake took a step away from his boss' penchant for concrete and headed natural, with weathered copper siding and wood to visually stabilize.
